1. Initial assessment
To better understand your initial physical condition and your goals, you will fill out a questionnaire with information relating to:
Anthropometric data, eating habits, level of physical activity, etc.
2. Preparation of the training and nutrition program
After examining the information received, I will prepare a detailed training program, accompanied by information, explanations, essential images, video exercises so that the distance does not represent a problem or a limit to achieving the result.
I will also prepare a Nutrition plan related to the training program, goals and your habits.
If you do not want to follow a diet or if your goal does not necessarily require a structured diet, I will provide you with nutritional advice.
3. Online Fitness Consultation
In the days following the sending of the training and nutrition plan, I will be available for consultation via Whatsapp to clarify any doubts.
The Fitness Coaching, intended as answers to any doubts about the training program, will be valid for the entire duration of the program.
4. Updates and changes to the training and nutrition program
Normally the training program should be updated or changed every five to six weeks, to continue to give the right stimuli to the body and allow it to develop constant and growing improvements.
I will verify the results obtained by asking you to send new photos and the training sheet filled out with the loads used.
Every six weeks we will carry out a review with a change to the training program.
The diet, if necessary, will also be updated.
